I know this is related to another thread but isn't this a particular Sidwell favourite? Who remembers him conducting the East Stand in the singing of this during the celebrations last season - seems such a long time ago when we were a Championship club

We're not going to have to sit through cr*p like that before every game are we, its bad enough having to endure the national anthem and handshakes every time england play without having some similar get up for 'league' games.

Well, we should create a thread saying "POST here to ban tom hark". Only post a simple one word like "BAN IT" or "YES".

Well, I suggested it, but to be honest I don't really care THAT much. But in my opinion if the club receive 4 or 5 emails wanting it banned they are not going to do anything about it, Far better to say, here is 10 pages of people asking for it to be banned.

More to the point,
the club is unlikely to respond to any such petition so long as 90% + of the home crowd chnats and claps along with Tom Hark. The poll they need is that one - and to me it looks pretty much in favour of retention of Tom Hark.

Whatever is played will be sung along to, clapped along to etc.

No more Tom ba$tard Hark.

So my case is proven. Tom Hark stays because it does what the club wants (gets the crowd working together for a few seconds). If you really want them to stop using it then you need a mass strike from the fans - ain't going to happen at the moment.

How anyone could vote NO to this, when it summed up everything that was right last season. It's all that right stuff from last season that has got us to were we will be tomorrow. So let's get behind this song. Hands touching hands, reaching out..... Let's reach out, and keep reaching out for the rest of this truly magnificent season ahead.
