Do you support more than one club?

I'm a part owner of the reformed Czech 2nd division side Bohemians Prague (a very small part it has to be said) and I keep an eye out for their results on their web page "the virtual dimple" (their ground is called "the dimple").

They were just a club I remembered from a bit of brief highlights in the 80s. Whereas every other eastern block club seemed to play in vast oval bowl type stadium, their's was like a sardine tin with pitch inside.

I plan to go out and watch them play (and have a long weekend in Prague, it has to said) on the first international weekend in September. I might go and see the Czech play Wales as well if I can get a ticket.


I can hardly call myself a "fan" of them though. I couldn't name a single one of their players.

Do they still have a kangaroo on their badge?

I grew up as a West Ham fan as my family either lived or had lived in Chelmsford / Essex area and used to watch them in the late 80's after moving to Reading in 1985 from the IOW.

Started watching Reading in 1990 and got hooked.

Only really kicked West Ham into to touch completely when Pardew jumped ship.

Had a season ticket at reading for over 10 years now and go to most away as well. Never looked back..........

Used to support Leeds until I was about 9 or 10, got an Uncle who lives up that way and used to be a STH there. Now I can't stand them - a direct result of my hatred for said Uncle in a way.

Hearts and Reading. Everyone in my family is a jambo. Started watching Reading when we moved down 20 years ago. Edinburgh is a bit of a commute of a Saturday.

In fact, now I've listed them, I'm going to do an acca every week on them six.

Spurs - up until the age of 8 or 9 they were my team and I didn't even know Reading had a team.

Then my dad took me along to Elm Park (not sure why he did as West Brom is his team) and the rest is history.

I also have to admit to watching Wolves quite a few times as well in the late 80/early 90's but I never supported them.

Used to support Man Utd part time as a kid, but I've never favoured them over Reading and don't really give a toss about them anymore. The days of Cantona and Kanchelskis were good ones.

I moved around a lot as my dad was in the army, and lived in each place for only 2 years at a time. I even lived in germany for 3 years. I supported Liverpool as my brother did. I say "support", i didn't ever go to a game as I never lived near Liverpool.

It wasn't until I moved to Reading that I found my team. I loved the fact that I lived in the place where the team played, and lived. I find it really funny now when I see a manure fan or liverpool fan, as I can't understand why they support them living in Reading, and find it hard to see how they find any feeling there.

I never really felt that much towards liverpool, but just followed them more than anything. I love Reading (the place) and the club! RFC all the way.

Metz. I go to most home games. They finished bottom and were relegated last season, but over the years I have seen the likes of Pires and Ribery start their professional careers there. Well, that's all really.

In England, er, no-one. Maybe Villa, Boro, West Ham. Spurs sometimes. I hope Wigan will survive for a few years in the Premiership.

Celtic in Scotland.

Worst three, easily, are Arsenal, Blackburn and Bolton. And BHA.

Til I was about 6 I had no interest in football, then got to school and got bullied for not having a football team, so I memorised the man utd squad and called myself a utd fan, then at about the age of 11 I woke up, and have not supported anything ither than the glorious Royals, and then got bullied for that.

I don't, I only support Reading.

Spurs are my other team. Not ashamed to admit it.

When I was really young my sister's dad was Physio for Spurs and I got taken to a few games, in between being taken to loads of Reading matches as I lived 10yds from the main gate at Elm Park!!

In my late teens I went to White Hart Lane quite fairly regularly, till i went to uni about 10yrs ago and started watching Reading more regualrly again due to poverty!
