Looks like you didn't actually bother reading it though.

Still no sign of vouchers in SWL. Where they sent 2nd class?

Not much chance to turn around for receipt on the 12th

Nor down here in Hove. I was looking forward to getting the new shirt but what with the missing voucher and, by all accounts, the cheap quality of the shirts, I think I'll stick with my 2004-2005 shirt.

Presumably because you have never changed the password from the original postcode?

Nope. Surely they would know that I've used online booking before tho... Oh I forgot... this is RFC
Besides, Firefox remembers so its just a click and done!

Yes, it was just a clue to help people get online and use that service. Although I couldn't use any combination of upper, lower or spaces no spaces with my postcode and had to phone them to change it in the end. Also, a bit crap that they won't let you book away tickets online, or pick your seat for a home game, yet seem desperate to get you to use the online booking. Rubbish Football Club.

I've had that problem three times! Despite what it says, they actually do enter the post codes with spaces. Last time, they had put two spaces into my post code, which it hadn't occurred to me to try.

Got my vouchers this morning....the day after Id been to the megastore typically

When I filled my form out in the store the guy said the voucher had to be sent to them when I received it...is that true? Surely they can just check the one for my customer number hasnt been used?

If it is, can I just hand it into the megastore on Saturday?

I'm intrigued to know what could possibly happen if you don't send in your voucher when and if it arrives. In case there serious repercussions you should send it by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery
