Royal Lady yeah. What Slinky said.

I reckon Mags is crying so much that he can't type! (and i'm surprised TBM hasn't piped up either)

Isn't that you in the background with the gut Slinky?

Six-pack jealousy doesn't impress anybody fat lad.

PS I had a hangover.
terrible comeback  I'm willing to bet the gut in the background belongs to Chicken Balti Pie by the way.

 I'm not buying one - this thread has persuaded me on that. I shall continue wearing last season's shirt. If we go down next season, we'll have to have ANOTHER new shirt I expect.

Cos I live so far away from Reading now, I now crave anything with the 'famous' Royals logo on, so I was always going to buy the shirt even if the stitching is poor!

Got mine yesterday (without the aid of a yet to be received voucher) and it is of poor quality. At £33 its the cheapest 'current' shirt I've bought for a while but even so. The back panel is of poor (no?) design and could easily be mistaken for any number of different teams' shirts.

Still love it tho with the Premiership flashes on the sleeve!

Got mine this morning and although I quickly checked it wasnt falling apart outside the megastore, I didnt give it a proper quality check like I would have after reading this

Luckily though, mine seems to be OK. Ive tried it on several times, no snapping or ripping sounds. Ive also tried stretching the neckline and while it feels like enough force would break it, I would have to really pull on it to do damage

The stiching around the collar, though its not ripped or loose, just looks a bit messy, and is the quality Id expect on a fake shirt. Elsewhere though it looks alright

Overall though guess I was lucky, and Im keeping mine

got mine today, and it is not bad. After reading the comments on here i was tempted not to get one.

Stitching round the collor is neat, ok it is bit tight trying to take it off but i expected that. The only thing i don't like is the sponser is a transfer unlike previous years. Overall im pleased with it.

a question though, do you have to buy the premiership badges seperatly? because i completely forgot about them and im not sure if they come with the shirt

went to the mega store today, had no problems with quality, but went to get DOYLE 9 on my shirt and showed my mum after. apparently the number wasn't flat and the number has been creased onto the shirt. a trip back to the megastore needed. typical RFC

My bro just bought a shirt for him and his son.

His fits ok, although tight on the neck, but his boys is so tight on the neck he has to have help putting it on and taking itoff.

And he has lita on the back and the prem badge.

Will they refund even with that on there?

Got mine and I actually quite like the design (aside from the awful collar, wonder who thought that'd be good!). Plus its not falling apart and actually seems a better fit than previous shirts. Waiting for the big player investment before decing which name for the back though....

Another Gripe, i loved the fact that on the old shirts, the Kyocera advert was raised, but now they have just gone back to transfers, which i cant remember was the last time we ahd done that? :?

Just had an email, my shirt should arrive tomorrow. Half wish I hadn't bothered but I wanted a Premiership shirt, even just to say we were there if it's a short stay.
When I purchased it, I couldn't find the premiership badges, and so emailed later with both the purchase numbers and they were good enough to combine both orders and attach the badges for me.
Positive feedback, what's going on?

If the stitching snaps as he tries to take it on/take it off, by law they have to give a refund regardless of whether or not he has had names/badges put onto it. The shirt must be of merchantable quality and fit for purpose.

Is it just me who can hardly get the damn thing over my head?

The size is fine once it's on, but the hole at the top seems far too small.
