Warfield Royal
gh7901 the guy said the voucher had to be sent to them when I received it...

I'm intrigued to know what could possibly happen if you don't send in your voucher when and if it arrives. In case there serious repercussions you should send it by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery

Forget that. I'm not sending my voucher back in. Their problem if they can't get their arses in gear and send the stuff out properly. If they want it back, they can send me a SAE or send Boyd Butloler round himself.

Got mine and my sons.
Interstingly this is the first confirmation that i have received that
(a) our ST's have definently been renewed
(b) we are also in the pot for Cup games
(c) my away ST has been confirmed.

The only gripe is that there is no confirmation that the away ST for my son is there :(

When I went in, they were missing XXL, plus I think I heard them say they were missing some ladies' and children's sizes. The girl I spoke to said that the delivery had been stopped in customs - presumably as a result of the security clamp-down. She tentatively said they might be in tomorrow morning, but she didn't want to commit. She expected them to arrive within the next few days.

If you take the form attached to your voucher, you can pay and order on the spot. They will post your shirt (free p&p) when it arrives. Don't know if I'd describe it as "hectic", but it was certainly busy today. Not so bad as I imagine tomorrow will be.

Got mine day of release. No wait time for printing as they had them behind the counter ready for sale. Efficient sale.

Does anyone that uses other clubs message boards see this kind of stuff happening on a regulaer basis, or are we just a load of whingers?
