fck off! When it was realised it was not Leroy's, and it was some plumber who'd bought a copy for £20, I said it was disgraceful that he should sell it without admitting it was a copy. Secondly, if someone is dumb enough to steal a championship medal from last season, it's quite possible they'd be dumb enough to put it on ebay. Anyone with any nouse about them would realise that no-one in their right mind would be selling it this soon after the end of the season. If someone had "asked him a a question when it was put on ebay" do you think they should have asked if it was stolen and alerted the seller thus stopping the police from finding out who it was.

First of all it was me that found it so stop saying things to Royal Lady

Instead of jumping to conclusions (not accusing anyone of doing that) I told the Club, who themselves got the lot withdrawn from eBay and involved the police.

The fact is that it was his to sell is true and there was nothing illegal about it but in principle why buy something you don't want (to sell it I guess) but it did seem dodgy enough to worry the Club, the fans and the press.

I'm sure eBay has been used to sell on stolen goods and yes people have to be very stupid to do that but don't you have to be stupid to steal something unsellable in the first place?

Andy - are you bipolar or something? The CLUB said in the link provided in the EP that it was a copy - which members of staff at the club were given the opportunity to buy for £20. Do you think that a) the real one was only worth £20 and b) they had enough proper medals to give a fecking plumber! YOU get YOUR facts right sonny.
