I'm watching the Chelsea game on Chinese TV. The feed for all the Chinese channels is coming from ESPN.

I've got the Chinese TV on one computer and the Radio5Live commentary on the other. I can't tie the 2 together so it's very confusing.

How do you put a time delay on the commentary?

Just wondering if there is anyway to get English commentry in time or near enough with the pictures via a radio station or other means as the pictures are about a minute behind radio 5, or appear to be; also does anyone know if all games are available via these Chinese channels or just some?

Chinese TV play any games that are on but if more than one game is being played at the same time they'll play the game with Chelsea, Man U or Arsenal.
I've never managed to match up the commentary with the picture (the comm. is always ahead).
I know that 'the powers that be' in England really pissed off with these internet streams so don't be surprised if they stop soon.

So Reading won't be on this Wed via Chinese TV?

Not sure but I doubt it. It will either be Arsenal in Europe, Chelsea or Man U. On Tuesday they are showing the Sheff Utd game but this is probably related to them owning the Chengdu Blades (a Chinese team). No surprise that they signed Li Tie from Everton despite him being crap.

If you want to watch it try getting hold of 'sid' (username). He lives in S Korea and will know which channel is showing it there and may be able to help you navigate their website.

I think the channel which has Premier League rights here in Korea has them fairly well-protected; I can't find any streaming services, legal or otherwise. My students are pretty clued-up on this kind of stuff so they may be able to help. In the meantime I will be getting up at 6am on Thursday for the (delayed by 2 hours) showing of our game at Villa... :D

I followed the instructions on the original post and watched the Chelsea game, albeit with Chinese commentary and a fair amount of rebuffering interruptions. I expect it won;t work for long, though.
