I thought it was an automatic 3 but we can appeal

3 is violent conduct isn't it, 1 is a professional foul or are the FA really so dumb as to say a professional foul (many of which are highly dubious) equates to someone getting hit by a two footed lunge or forearm smassh or general punch up.
