I could knock up a better system in Access and it would let you choose your seat

Huntley & Palmer Just tried buying online for Man City for a friend, says no tickets available in any block

Had the same problem. Would let me select the Upper West block closest to the South stand, but you couldn't then even get single tickets.

Had a look a few hours ago and i could get tickets in G3.

purleyroyal new server? I still get a message saying I've exceeded the inactivity timer and need to login - when I go there for the first time; and I've even got the same message having just bought my (linked) MU and Charlton tickets.

I *think* there were more options for juniors (eg 12-17) but can't be 100% sure if this is new :?

I think that message means that you just closed the page rather than logging out so it remembers that it timed you out last time.

Which is very poor design then.

I've not seen any other sites that feel the need to tell you that your last session timed out.

Royal Albert Hall has one. I had to give up in the end and phone their premium rate number.

Spot a common financial motive?!!

I am having problems getting the new online ticketing service to work since they have updated it - I have enough points to get tickets from tomorrow but at the moment it looks like I am going to have to phone and hang on for ages tomorrow morning - I can get to my account page and then I get error cant find website. Is anyone else having the same problem?

Forgot to add that the news page has not been updated for since they updated the ticket server either - the last item I have is dated 1st September which is when the server was updated - I would have thought there would have been news items about the Internationals this weekend and Murtys injury - or is it just my computer!!

The server also sates that tickets are only avaliable in the south stand, yet when I clicked on the north stand they offered me tickets there. Hope this is not a glitch and some poor buggar will have his/her seat taken on the day

It's just a bug in the way the OS works that they haven't bothered to fix for over a week now.

As a consequence you have to refresh your cache to see the latest news pop up on the home page.

Wouldn't make much difference - there hasn't been anything posted since the 1st.

Just spoken to Ticket Office and the problem is with AOL - so I assume all those that are having difficulty are AOL customers ( I am so I can stop wasting time trying to sort it) - if you are not then you need to let the Ticket Office know
