Saw an interview with Ba where he said he signed the autograph and was asked how he felt. Fan went mental when he said "a bit tired because it's been a hard season". Ba claims a team mate told him he was being racially abused, but he hadn't realised because he "couldn't understand what he [the fan] was saying".

No brawl apparently

From David Conn's analysis :
State they're in :
Sullivan laments that West Ham are in “a worse financial position than anyclub in the country”. Sullivan and Gold’sinvestment brought net debt down to £34m. West Ham made a £21m loss and relegation will cause a crisis. Yet Sullivan believes West Ham will soon be worth £500m. The foundations for that will be laid if the club occupies the Olympic stadium after 2012, a huge commercia ladvantage for him and Gold, thanks to £490m of public money, about which it is surprising there is not more protest.
Outlook :
Dire in the short term. Occupying the Olympic stadium would represent a huge financial windfall.

Any chance the FL will piss on their chips and decline their move to the OS, or is that just wishful thinking?

I think wishful but the football league have to consider the impact on Leyton Orient. LO have a case, and a better case now West Ham are in this league.

And let's face it, WHU do not need a bigger stadium, let alone one the size of the OS.

The FL have been very careful not to comment - either publicly or privately - which suggest to me that they want to look at this properly with proper due process. I don't think they'll just nod it through without going into it in real depth.

Like the QPR stitch up you mean???

Done deal SC - anyone who thinks the Olympic Stadium WON'T be West Ham's because of the FL is genuinely living on a different planet.

Look at the match stats. 19 goal attempts to 8 to Aldershot! Makes our performance at Charlton look good LOL.

Spurs and Orient are now issuing writs against West Ham saying that they should not be given state money for the move esp. as they are £104 million in debt.

Is it just me who thinks the Olympics is just a big waste of time and money, god knows how much being wasted on sporting events in one of the most appalling areas of London when that money could be put to better use for the people and the area overall. On top of that the stadium will get ripped up after only 2 weeks of use to be given over to some football club (yet Orient couldn't fill it, West Ham don't have the money and don't deserve it and finally it's not in Spurs' catchment area).
