Ejaria there was on to make a break.what does he do? Stop, hold off his man and pass back so Brentford have 10 players back in defence.

Brilliant Ovie. Really helpful. Definitely don't use any of your tricks one on one with a break on at 0-3 down.

Snowflake Royal Has Rafa ever saved a shot from outside the area?

Esteves given him too much space.

Playing three weak dwarves upfront and giving them acres of space in the middle of the pitch.

Totally disorganised. This is poor management. You set up the team like this with players out of position and playing a 'fluid' system, they have to be well drilled. They look like they've never played together.

But what do you do? This squad is literally down to the very bare bones. We are having to play players who should have left the club ages ago. Paunovic has done brilliantly so far.....but we need more depth in some area.

Well, for a start, drill the team. Don't play Olise upfront, Baldock RW and Esteves LB.

Play defensively and squeeze e the space in our half. Spoil, look for a draw and maybe squeak a win. We've pressed high in numbers, but without organisation and been wide open.

Poor. Poor. Poor.

Yep painfully naive. We should have flooded midfield today and tried to frustrate.
Ejaria is playing well.

Why does Esteves always roll the ball under his foot thinking about doing something useful and then just pass it backwards.

Probably because he’s got so much attacking flair....apparently.

Look, we're playing our 4th choice as a striker, a young right back at left back, a young centre back at leftback and have our 2 main goal scoring threats out, this was always going to be an uphill task but we did ourselves no favours conceding the first goal in such a comical fashion and have had to open up to chase the game which Brentford have exposed.

If we're still in contention by the time our injured players come back that will be a bonus.

Replace with who? Neither bench option has proven themself to be good enough to play in The Championship.

I know. It's funnier than any post you've ever made. Although that's not difficult.

To be honest, I'm not that bothered about it.

We've currently slipped to a season's worst 8th which is 4 places higher than our highest position at any point last season with a team that has had the heart and guts ripped out of it by injuries and we have a bench full of toddlers. We've put worse performances than this together over the past 3 years with a full strength team FFS.

Yeah, we're in for a tough few weeks but get a grip,

Optimistically we are in with a real shout of avoiding a double digit thrashing.

Can't agree with Ejaria, he's been poor for weeks, and today terrible, example all the defenders in box after corner loads of time to put ball in the box, and he plays it back, terrible decision making not for the first time

If we had a bigger squad and not a stupid amount of injuries, I would have thought Cabral, Morrison, Rhino and Semedo should be dropped for that first half performance. None of the the above outfield players managed a successful pass of more than 6ft between them, and their control is dreadful. Cabral just makes too many errors.

We still sit off teams, even when defenders rush up to the attacker they stand off, whereas the Brentford players fly in and hassle them off the ball. Expected a defeat today, but too many players having shockers, even with the injuries.

He’s been one of the better players, but slows things down far too much. Need some pace on the wing.
