Shockingly bad today. There’s been some grim times over the years and this beats the lot. I want Pauno sacked, enough is a oxf*rd enough.

Today would have been a good day to play two upfront. Why not play Clarke alongside Puscas? Nope he sticks to his predictable lone striker.
Then another atrocious second half where we just drop deeper and deeper. As soon as they equalised there was only one winner.

We have a squad full of injury prone players and or sicknotes and an incredibly negative manager.
I dread to think what will happen if we do down. It could get a lot worse. We are very much a club on the way down.

Ultimately, under Paunovic we don't seem to know how to:
1. defend in play
2. defend set pieces
3. attack
4. counterattack
5. retain possession
6. manage the game
7. make good substitutions
8. make good team selections
9. play with any sort of effective ethos
10. keep players fit and healthy
11. play football
12. score goals
13. have any sort of effective shape

But apart from that, I think he's got everything else down to perfection

The only positive from todays game is I get closer to a 100 pager. Hopefully after todays shocker we should add a good 10 pages.

Ah yes. I hear he makes a mean cup of tea though.

I've turned. Can't defend that. Terrible management. Playing young players in an environment like that and piss poor team selection and substitution. I can't defend him after this.

Not a bedwetting kneejerk because I don't give a toss about the game, except FA cup money, and happy to focus on the league.

BUT

Cliche as it sounds, if he can't get a team of pros and decent players from a respectable academy to beat a lowly team then you have to question if he has "lost the dressing room" and that is basically game over for any manager, however good they may be.

How we bounce back (performance-wise) against Fulham will be critical for him as far as I'm concerned.

WestYorksRoyal I've been in the camp of being patient, but today is the day I turn on him. Same issues again and again, even against non-league opposition. Manager change does nothing to fix the systemic issues at the club, but could give the players the shot in the arm they need. Surely he has to go now.

This is the position I'm now in.

Sums my feelings up too. Enough is enough

Thought Dellor was gonna get the shit kicked out of him then by Paunovic when asking him about the owners being unhappy with him.

You know what, I'd take him as well. We would be better run for starters.

Yeah time to go

That was like the Burton result under Stam. Any last thought he might be the right man extinguished

If that’s what it takes to get him sacked Dellor should take one for the club.

Stam survived for about ten weeks after Burton. We can’t afford Pauno to stay in charge a moment longer.

Hopefully not as he limped on like a zombie after that for months. If we allow that here we'll be firmly in the bottom 3.

If you play a weakened side with youth players you give them a solid spine to play around.

Pauno's spine was:

Calamity Cabral and his first game in months
21 year old Holmes
Drinkwater's first game back
Osorio
Camara
Goalless George

He put two of his more senior attacking players out wide where they could be far less influential and gave us a dodgy limp spine.

No wonder we collapsed. He's utterly oxf*rd clueless.
