MmmMonsterMunch How exactly is he going to carry on with 606 when we play away from home? Am I correct in thinking tonight he is doing it from the Reading BBC studio?

There are rumours of other BBC local radio stations located elsewhere in the country. Some are even reputed to cover local matches too

But they are all going to be shut down soon as the BBC continues to waste money at an unbelievable rate behind the scenes but cuts spending at a local broadcasting level (one of its strengths IMO)!

basically showed us what a decent CF looks like after years of not having one
superb debutr for a 34 year old who hasnt played for ages, and only trained twice with the rest of the lads

great stuff, and just what we need.

inspired stuff Brian

Agree with U Melonhead, but we are being unfair to the strikers IMO

None (except possibly Manset) would see themselves as the main striker

Hunt, Alf, Church will all look better playing off an old fashioned front-man

That's the fault of the club more than the individual players

agree to an extent - I think we've been missing a decent front player such as Kitson or maybe Doyle that said I thought Hunt had an excellent game and linked play very well. As has been noted elsewhere his flick for the first penalty was lovely.
