Time to go 4-5-1 certainly away from home because we have to stop leaking goals and we have got to stop exposing our back four all the time. My team would be:

Hanhemann

Rosenior Sonko Bikey Shorey

Long Harper Matejovsky Hunt Kebe

Lita

Subs

Federici
Duberry
Fae
Doyle
Kitson

Chose Sonko purely because of the complete lack of other options...although perhaps if Pearce had been given a few chances before now he may have come into the frame

Lots of running but he didn't seem to have an end product, he will probably find his touch on Sat!!!

I would like to see Gunnar get a game, but I believe he is still recovering from an injury and would be unlikely to see him.

We need someone in the centre defensive mid role that will get stuck in, both to bolster up the defence and to spur the team on. Maybe Bikey or Cisse could move back into that role, not whether Fae could play that role, but I am sure he can be a bit more supportive for Matejovsky that Harper.

Get Kebe playing aswell. Need to bring some width back again and Oster and Hunt seem to offer the opposite of this IMHO

Although, strangely enough this poor run started as soon as Gunna was suspended, then injured....

I think we should play without a sub goalkeeper to give us greater options.

How often is a sub goalie used anyway? Very, very rarely...

i know
but everytime someone else does it against us they get injured or sent off
just seems like fate, and the resultimng difficulties are totally deserved

Just read in the Sun (I know very trustworthy source) that SC has said “Leroy has had chances but has not scored either. “ I find it VERY annoying that SC will say this coz from what I remember Leroy started against West Ham (H), Fulham (A) and against Man u and Chelsea. Against Fulham and West Ham are midfield was sooo poor Ruud Van Nistelrooy would have struggled to score and against the big two Leroy looked are most dangerous attacker. I cant understand how SC can think he has given Leroy sufficient chances when his golden boy Doyle has started every game for months and scored the exact same total in that period as Leroy who wasn’t even getting on the bench for some games. I wasn’t sure if Leroy was definitely out in the summer but considering we haven’t played the best finisher at our club during a period were we have lost 8 in row and struggling for goals its obvious SC want him out. I think SC should put his petty feud to the side and give Leroy I chance to score the goals to keep us up, (he cant do much worse than Doyle), and then unload him in the summer. I would be very surprised if Leroy started tomorrow even though he done well for the reserves in recent weeks.

Marcus
Murty Cisse Ingarmarrson Shorey
Mateyovski Harper Hunt Convey (fit now isnt he?)
Kitson Lita

Sorry about any spelling mistakes, cant be arsed to check. Hunt battled well in the middle against ManUre, since then we dont seem to win anything centre of the park - to me the most important positions on the pitch. Lita in for Doyle to try to put some pressure on up front and get physical, Oster no where near the team as he is to predictable and doesnt seem to read what is going on, Mateyovski (spelling?) can play a ball, give him a chance out there, ahead of Kebe as he looked a bit lightweight and think that the big northerners may snap him!
