LoyalRoyalFan there were coins thrown.

i didnt realise cardiff fans could afford to throw coins...
Maybe they can't, hence why they invaded the pitch to pick them back up?

And try to break into the East Stand to try and steal coins off opposition support?

Just trying to recover the coins they threw over there for safe keeping.

Thames There could be a fair few fans getting banned for that, yet the players dont get any punishment. As far as I'm concerned the Reading players started the aggro by winding Cardiff up, yet there will be several people getting banned now.

No justice.

Having said that, fair play to Rosenior and Doobs for sticking thier fingers up and mouthing off at Cardiff. RFC Legends.

Can't be bothered reading all this, but presumably I'm not the only one to notice the odd internal inconsitency of logic in this post?

one can only hope the new and casual fans sat in Y26 experiancing this up close return to the Mad Stad ever again

hats off to the club for introducing the new policy and props too to STAR for supporting this great bit of legislation.

What really made me laugh was when the stewards were telling us in y26 to sit down, whilst the whole of the southstand were standing up. When challenged by one of ours as to why we were being made to sit down, the steward came up with a lame, "well if you sit down, they will too..."

speechless!

How were they given as many tickets as they got? With their reputation surely there should've been a restriction?

Far better to bus the support in (28 buses i'd heard)and furk them off as soon as possible. As always the sensible option to hold the away suport in and clear the home support away before hand.

I think a lot of people are over exagerating, it really wasn’t that bad. At least it added a bit of atmosphere to the game. And generally the Cardiff fans were excellent.

All the anti Welsh songs from our fans are becoming quite boring and predictable, can we not think of anything else other than 'enggeeeeeerland'. Don't you know how gay you look?

It was a good laff at the end. Should be more footie passion shown between fans and players IMHO.

There was a restriction. They only recieved 3,100 when the South Stand holds 4,000 although this was not a result of their violent reputation but just because their away support choose to stand at games.

So if you don't sit down your ticket allocation is restricted - is that a fact?

One thing I don't understand?

Why is Cardiff fans abusing Duberry considered any worse than the insults directed at him on this very board?

Everything Cardiff sang/shouted at him has been directed at him in text form on here by keyboard warriors. I find the abuse directed at him by 'fans' of RFC worse than what any away fans throw to be honest

It is, they are warned about their conduct in a letter. If they break these rules, the next time they come, they may have less tickets.
