I've been thinking the exact same thing and that maybe the reason Newcastle haven't confirmed his appointment is because he's pretty much made the whole thing up. I can understand SSN talking to him about whatever they were on Sunday if he then just blurted out half way through that he had a new job but how can talkshite have had him on without getting confirmation first from Newcastle that he actually had the job?
