Jackson Corner Look at out record against teams down the bottom. Watford lucky draw, Charlton lose, Forrest, Draw, Preston lose, and Doncaster scraped a win. Plus the international break syndrom. A win for Saints 2-1.

I agree. The only thing I'll predict is it won't be as easy as most on here seem to think. Apart from predicting a 1-1.

Kitson12 Soton fans demoralised by a small club beating their might into the ground...

This inferiority complex that many Reading fans have about Southampton could soon become very tiresome you know.

Give us your views on Portsmouth, f__S.....

SCIAG Reading 6 Soton 0.

Bikey, Doyle (2), NHunt, SHunt, Henry.

I know a Southampton fan who claims Lallana is better than Matejovsky, so we'll have Lallana sent off, too, just to prove him wrong, and Marek getting 4 assists from the bench.

Even if that does happen, Lallana being sent off, i don't think it will prove to that Southampton fan that Lallana is better than Matejovsky and like all fans, when their player is sent off, will think of it as an injustice.
As for some of the predictions on here, 7 or 8-0?
i don't think we'll score that many! maybe 3 or 4-0 will be good, to Reading 8)

Without Pearce to hold them together at the back (and score the odd goal!) they're going to get stuffed.

5 - 0

A lot of cockyness on here. It will be a hard game and I'm going for a tight 1-0 win.

Who is going to play at the back instead of Pearce? Afraid despite SFC being such a big team am a bit ignorant of their squad.

I think I might jinx us tomorrow. Since I've been over this side of the country, every single game I've been to we've lost so...

Southampton have picked up more points away this season than they have at home (10 away, 6 at home.) Fortunately with 3,000 travelling fans it will be like a home game for them, which is actually a bad thing.

Reading 2 v 1 Southampton

N Hunt
Rosenior

Terry Paine (if he still plays for them)
