SPARTA
Mike Hunt Who / what is is CMZ?

Craig Mortimer-Zhika - self-important prat who is head of comms at RFC. He's threatened various fans with having their twitter accounts closed for leaking signings before the club announce them, etc.. gets way above himself and always ends up flat on his arse. I think maffff is one of many he's threatened actually. I knew someone that worked with him and most that do don't think too much of him either.

Haha, cheers m8.

Edit - he protects his tweets? Bell-end alert

Agreed. The sooner club get rid of Mortimer the better.

I'd go along with that, surely Mrs AZ could be tempted out of retirement to help as well.....

Esteban
JayRoyal Please Puma...

That is an epic shirt.

Why is JayRoyal not designing our kits?

Why are we not starting a campaign?

I would be over the moon if that were our kit.

No Fixed Abode New training top?

That top is from the 2011/12. The stripes on the shoulder were Puma's template of choice. Strange we still have that floating around.

This pitch is looking good though

That top is from 11/12? Really? I don't remember a training top like that with a grey back? Anyway, the Reading Chronicle (all to often wrong I know) claim that is the new training shirt.

That specific top isn't there, but the ones that Griff and Church are wearing are the exact same template.

Blue shorts again?
Stupid collar stripes?
Hoops don't go all the way around?
QPR away kit?

Boo.

Hope it isn't legit but it looks that way.

Blue shorts are annoying.

But the fact the hoops don't go all the way around is oxf*rd disgrace.

I'm thinking genuine, otherwise why would the official football league website put them up. I'm quite happy with both (for once). Not sure about the red in the neck on the home shirt mind, but otherwise they are tip top, even with blue shorts!

Nice designs, how they are transferred as something wearable I don't know. Like the subtle addition of red we seem to be adding.

A Russian flag hoop shirt would be interesting...

Hope it's true, it'll teach the club a lesson to actually release the kits at the same time as other clubs. Can't wait to see the back panel.

I've just seen someone say it's the third time in four years the club have been gazumped by an external website revealing the new kits. It begs the question why the club don't move the reveal forward 6 weeks. Plenty of other clubs reveal theirs before the seasons ends, as mentioned a few posts back, some clubs even play in it on the last day, which is a great way to self-advertise the new strips. Reading just string it out until mid/late July every year and keep getting egg on their face!

I'm giving the shirts a decent rating this year:

Home - 8/10

Shame about the hoops not going all the way around, but at least we have hoops on the arms for once. Overall pretty happy.

Away - 9/10

Like it. Like it a lot. Royston will be very pleased!

Love the away kit. The home as always has it's faults but I'm pretty happy with it. Agree the arms having hoops is a big improvement straight away! I expect that's a blue back panel too.

Shame about the blue shorts again.

6/10 for the home.

Not a fan of the away, a bit dull especially compared to our last two - the red 2011/12 kit is the best we've had for years imo
