Is it right that this is only third time in 7 years they've lost consecutive matches?

Wow

Apparently the last time was March 2010 (Bayern and Chelsea, not quite Blackburn and Newcastle ) - if it is 3 times in 7 years, that's one hell of a run before 2010.

Bandini Not sure it's worse than 5-0 against Newcastle and 6-3 against Southampton within a week of each other.

Well, this post looks stupid now.

Mr Angry At the start of the season, there were those saying the De Gea looked a bit dodgy

Ah, yes, what is so much funny about tonight's defeat to the magpies was that on Sky Sports News earlier today, they were discussing whether De Gea should be dropped and compared Lindegaard's stats to De Gea. Lindegaard had only played 5 games but hadn't conceded a goal, so I think SSN seemed to be saying De Gea should be dropped. Heh, and now Lindegaard has conceded 3 goals!

Coleen is a slapper, she wears a wonder bra. When she's shagging Rooney, she thinks of Demba Ba.

3 - If Man Utd lose their next PL game it will be only the fourth time they've lost 3 in a row (did so once in 1996, twice in 2001). Rare.

First two, probably. Although he did get a hand to the ball for the second one, but wasn't good enough to tip it over the bar.

As for the third goal, looks like a case of miscommunication between him and Jones.

Man Utd have conceded three+ goals in consecutive league games for the first time since Feb 2004 (4-3 v Everton, 2-3 v M'boro).

This is the first time Man Utd have lost two Premier League matches by at least three goals in the same season since 2005/2006.

It is nearly seven years since Man Utd last lost two successive matches to teams from outside the Traditional Big Four, losing to Norwich City and Everton in April 2005.

Who else would be the traditional big four over that timeframe, or any other recent period of more than a couple of seasons?

Trouble on the ferry from Hull and trouble at Liverpool airport this morning.

Loads of United mobbing up in Amsterdam.

Watch this space.

How does it go "Thursday night channel 5 " sang the Man Utd fans in their old glory days of yesteryear.

It quickly changed to Thursday night, in Amsterdam.

More United in Amsterdam tomorrow than what would have been at any Champions League game.
