Lydia Dustbin Why do so many people want an away draw?

Away games > Home games + want to tick off an unvisited ground HTH

Better than having a half empty stadium too.

Hopefully anything away. I'm more than likely IN for any of the possibilities. As long as who we get has a cool stadium.
Any of the chat room bunch thinking of going to any of them if we were to get them?

How does Exeter get seeded? I would like to see us come down here and give Exeter a good proper thrashing.

I don't support Exeter, so why should I bother? Watched them once and regretted it, it was a boring 0-0.

Did they still have some dumb blonde dressed up as Aphrodite on the pitch at half time?

I didn't see anything like that otherwise it'd have been the highlight. I was so bored I was keen to go off to the pub as soon as it finished.

This was last year, BTW.

Two years time we could be getting Truro in the League Cup 1st Round - now that'd be an away trip worth having on a Tuesday night.

Wycombe away would be entertaining, whilst Hereford away would give Manset a chance to score a hatful against his old club......

Not sure if its been noted as yet or not but there is a Preliminary Round to the Carling Cup this year

Holders Birmingham are seeded through to Round Three, as a result of their participation in the Europa League, therefore the competition format needs one club fewer in the First Round draw.

The Preliminary Round will feature the two clubs placed lowest in the domestic league system last season, namely Conference promoted teams AFC Wimbledon and Crawley Town. Following a draw to determine home advantage, Crawley Town will host the Dons on Friday 29 July for a place in the First Round of this season’s competition.

I've got a mate who works for Carling and he's told me the draw's already been done and we've got Southend away.

Would like Gillingham as it's just up the road.
