Royal Ginger

I love the man, but a little research wouldn't go a miss...

Agree. The commentator also stated Anton had put huge amounts of money into the club. If he had done his research he would have said "Peanuts."

Pog is such a donkey

No point crossing it low if he is lumbering behind 2 defenders at the back post

Agreed about Blackman seems to have commitment but is nowhere near good enough.

I'm all for 'give him a chance' and all that, but Blackman has never given me any reason to think he is ever going to be anything but useless.

akranes Guthrie should not be taking free kicks, he has never taken a good one.

scored a screamer at Chelsea!

But yes, that was only going one place

It was a decent kick, but wasn't it more of a Cech fumble?

Ya, it was more tongue in cheek.

It's just more of what we've seen all season. Can't fault the level of effort on show its just there's no quality or cutting edge in our play.

LOL @ Blackmans attempt to win a penalty.

Ladies and Gentleman. We have our new pantomime villain/scapegoat.

It's one of those that would be given if we were at the opposite end of the league

Ponderous, listless, uninspired and can't even commit to a dive convincingly. He's the dirty chatline of players. He's there, you'd only use him when you're really fcuking desperate, and even then he's woefully inadequate.

Guthrie having a super game...I've probably jinxed him now but how anyone can suggest he shouldn't have been playing all season is beyond me.

Blackman gets himself in some very good positions, but then completely oxf*rd everything up.

But I think he will be useful next season!

a few times this season McAnuff has smashed some excellent mid range shots that haven't gone in. I'm sure that at least half would've hit the back of the net in the Championship. we really shouldn't underestimate how important this man will be for us next year.
