Apart from when John Mackie racially abusing Carl Asaba in 2002.

And when our own fans sang racist songs about Seol and Al-Habsi.

That's a stretch and a bit.

Yeah Jesus christ. Clutching at straws.

How far back do you want to go?

Ces Podd of Bradford copped for it in the seventies, as did even our own Andy Alleyne get ‘extra criticism’ from the EP ‘faithful’ at times

Certainly back in the 80s fans thought nothing of given out racial abuse. Remember the southbank 'hilariously' singing 'you've got a town full of pakis' every time Bradford came down.

But that's the 80s. This is now.

Seol maybe, the songs are more closely associated with Park Ji-Sung after all, but the songs about Al-Habsi being in ISIS made news.

There was also the case a few years ago where a foreign "fan" racially abused Meite on Twitter.

Obviously we don't have the reputation of Chelsea or Millwall but we've had as much as the average club in recent years.

WestYorksRoyal 1 idiot on Twitter, followed by another who said it's the player's fault for a shithousing celebration (I presume he thinks Smith deserves abuse every time he scores too).

Sad every time it occurs, but it is a couple of idiots who have been caught.
Abuse is fine, Racist Abuse isn't
