FiNeRaIn Arsenal are class, throughly deserved win and fair play to them.

Can hahnemann actuall make some saves for a change? There has been a question mark over him in recent weeks, id like to give stack a chance now. Hopefully if he does well wednesday, might keep his place for pompey.

you mean other than some of the great saves he pulled off to keep the scoreline down? his handling has been extremely suspect and maybe he should have saved one of the goals they scored, but I can't see anything wrong with his actual shot stopping.

Stack hasn't exatly showered himself in glory when he has played. He's been passable at best and as far as I remember has yet to keep a clean sheet.

Stupid suggestion IMO.

Sorry Belter!, i'm going to pick apart your post. Disagree with a lot of things.
Belter! Please tell me that you're trying to be funny.
He has no control of his area, He flaps at about 7/10 crosses

Please tell me you're trying to be funny. If he was that bad he wouldn't be at this club, let alone playing for Newbury (who were awful when they were still around may I add).
Belter! In his last 6 games for us hes conceded 3vs Darlington (obviously not inc. penaltys) 3vs West Brom and he was truely poor in the home leg of that game. 3 more vs Brum and also the 3 against Arsenal
So thats 12 goals in 6 games Find me 6 consecutive games where Marcus has conceded 12...

With what defence?... You then go on to say

Belter! Also, our defence has a reputation for being one of the best in the country (before Arsenal anywhy), we've seen before that when one player is taken out of it it falters because the players aren't used to each other, even when Gunnarsson comes in we look a little shaky, even though he's played at the back with the others quite often.

You've just said the reason as to why Stack may have let so many in. Do you not think it may be something to do with not having a chance to save them in the first place? (An unsettled defence)

Belter! Stack will not get in the side unless Marcus gets sent off or injured, he's simply not good enough all round, and his distribution is not greatly better than Marcus'.

I think you'll find he can pick out passes which he need not just boot the ball for, a lot better. Although I agree with Woodcote Royal, who said when Marcus kicks the ball, he kicks it towards players on the wings, allowing a very small degree of accuracy which can be the difference between the ball going out or staying in play.

Saying all this, looking back... IT WAS AGAINST A BRILLIANT ARSENAL FFS (One who even the staff admit, has played the best they have all season yesturday)

Being perfectly honest, I think it's the best they've played in a couple of years, they absolutely torn us apart, we couldn't get near them.

Their performance reminded me of their season when they were unbeaten all year.

Were you at the game? If it weren't for him we'd have lost 6:0! I don't think he was at fault for any of the goals and I think he got the ball for the 'penalty'.

How many decent saves did he make? He was poor in terms of distribution and I completely agree with FineRain. I'm not just picking up on this because of today though as Arsenal were class, but he's been below par for a while now.

I think you'll find that the quality of striker he is playing against regularly is far better than last season. Hahnemann had a good game against West Ham in bad conditions and he's made some im[portant saves this season.

As for Hleb's goal, it went like a rocket at him, I'd have like to have seen you try and save it! I haven't seen anything from Stack to suggest he is better than Hahnemann.
