popbitch While boring countries like Germany and Spain
prepare for the World Cup with batteries of
sports scientists and computerised tactical
schemes, Diego Maradona is getting his Argentina
team in shape with methods more familiar to
six and seven year olds. The losers in a
recent training game were forced to line up, bend
over and endure their conquerors wellying shiny
footballs at their arses. Ole!

I gave Argentina no chance pre tournament and nothings changed.
Just look at Maradona on the touchline. The bloke is off his face. As soon as things go slightly against them they will just implode. And, you dont leave your best players at home and win the World Cup.

Maguire I actually think it's Germany who are the one's with the weak defence. England showed on several occaisons that they can easily be got at, and I think the likes of Boateng and specifically Mertesacker will be vulnerable to the Argentina attack.
