Watched Antonio in action for Southampton in the JPT the other night on Sky. Tbh up until he scored i was actually slightly disappointed by him, he didn't look as quick as when i saw him in the televised game v Brighton earlier in the season. One example was when he was through on goal down the right channel, had he been quicker both in actual speed and in mind he may well have set up a decent chance. Cracking goal though and in the end he had a decent game overall.

I'm undecided whether we should keep him. It really depends what division we're in next season. League 1 looks to be his level for the foreseeable (that is an achievement in itself given the level he was playing at when we signed him).

Yep. It's a new record for the most amount of goals scored by an individual in the conference league too. Well done that boy!!

Not a player out on loan anymore, but Tom Hately has been getting a bit of exposure this week after scoring a nice ree kick against Rangers the other day.

Nice to see another Reading Academy player doing well for himself.

Julian Kelly scored the winner for Wycombe on his debut against Millwall. Delivered an inswinging cross from the right with his left foot and it missed everyone and bounced inside the far post.

Dave Mooney scored for Charlton in their 2-0 win over Yeovil.

Oli Bozanic scored for Aldershot in their 1-1 draw with Notts County.

That's all that jumped out at me this weekend - any other news?

Oli played terrible for shots though and hasn't impressed them, have a read of their forums.

He got released in the summer. Joined Motherwell has been doing well ever since. But tbh, It's a shite league and he was never going to make it here with all the competition in CM.

Alex McCarthy selected for England U21 squad v Greece, 3 March at Doncaster.

Incidentally, Bertrand is also selected.

Bell-Baggie out on a month's loan to Rotherham.

Looks like he will get some games with a side fighting for promotion.

There not many clubs outside the Prem who's academy can have such a good rep.

Based on just reserve team performances (which imo mean little) and promotion chasing side want one of our academy products. This happens time and time again and shows just how far the Academy has come under Hammond/Dolan.

The future real is bright. Baggie looks another real prospect.

Also if he does well, I'd sell Henry for £250k + this summer.

Great for him. But he's a little small for my liking.

i don't know if im reading into this too much but bell-baggie is a striker, so what does his performances have to do with Henry who is right midfielder
