at present yeah it could technically give them an advantage but won't as only players well past it will be available to move like this. Not to say that will always be the case in the future though in terms of players available or clubs owned by other clubs

Sanguine Does Wenger have a point that the Lampard loan (and City will pay all his wages) is a slightly unsportsmanlike circumvention of FFP? Do the rules need to be tightened?

Nottingham Forest have signed winger Michail Antonio from Sheffield Wednesday for a fee of around £1.5m.
