Indeed.

I've got a Arse / Tranmere double, plus a single on the Arse to cover.

That must be one hefty bet as a cover.

Yes, but it was an easy one to make, plenty of recent form. Happily it wasn't needed.

How would you cover if the results were at the same time, you must have placed the cover unless it's not a cover?

RG30 Been at work today but managed to get my African Nations Cup bets on;

Egypt to win the ANC @ 10/1 (E/W 1/2)
Morocco to win the ANC @ 14/1 (E/W 1/2)

Marouane Chamakh to be Top Goalscorer @ 28/1

2 down 1 to go!

BTW - did Chamakh actually score a goal in the tournament?

Take the emotion out as we all obviously want Reading to win.
A team that has picked up just 3 points (draws, not wins)out of a possible 33 against a team that hasn't lost at home for something like nearly 3 years and were the champions a couple of seasons ago-I would want more than 18.5.
Just save your money and take great personal delight if the unlikely does happen.

Better off laying Chelsea, then you get the draw and Reading, £100 to win £400 that way.

Had a look on Betfair and latest price was 22.
What struck me as a bit of value was 5.1 for a sending-off.
With recent history between the clubs that might not be a bad bet but I'd be more confident if Sonko were playing.

Any ante-post ANC bets were covered by an E/W 12/1 winner on the same day 8)

Darlo at Wrexham 11/10, got to be the best value bet out there, i'm going to treble that up with the Shrews at 8/11 and Swansea at 4/7, that seems like a decent treble to me.

At the moent on betfair we are 6.8 to be relegated.
We are 2.12 to win tomorrow's game.
There is probably some mileage in backing both to the right stakes,i.e more on the win bet.
If Reading win tomorrow there is a profit plus an ongoing free bet on relegation.
If we don't win tomorrow or draw the relegation odds will shorten so you could lay-off the relegation bet and make a profit.
Nothing to do with what you think might happen, just an opportunity to make a few bob.

Have to agree on Darlington, great value at better than evens. Also Liverpool HT/FT at evens looks a good bet. And Ipswich to find their first away win of the season at Sheffield Wednesday? 6/4.

Settled on a four-fold

Liverpool 3/10
Chelsea 8/11
Reading Evens
Darlington Evens

Just under 8/1 the acca.

CmonuROFLz.

Naturally my one 'tip', Ipswich, is the one I don't actually place, and the one that wins.

FWIW we are now 4.2,much the same as Sunderland and Wigan.
Birmingham are 2.7.
If Fulham beat Villa in a moment expect the other prices to shorten otherwise there should be little change amongst us and the rest.
If I were a neutral I would regard Reading as a value bet for relegation.
