Some papers suggest he prefers Norwich as they are pl. Think we tried to flog the pog
But celtic said no. Would have thought that the pog would score a load in the spl as it is at best comparable to the championship.. Some teams in the spl would struggle in league 1 in the fl.

Whitleyroyal
paulholsgrove83 If QPR pull this off then they will rightly be automatic promotion contenders. Richard Dunne and Danny Simpson also good signings for them.

Losing Cesar and Taarabt will really hurt their promotion chances though..

Getting a definite ego off the cards? Probably be better for the team

Indeed, anyone that score a shedload up there is by no means guaranteed to be a success south of the border.

We are about to lose our main transfer target to our main promotion rivals without even making a proper offer. Awesome transfer window tactics by the club

While we're criticising, shouldn't that be "Your (sic) one of the consistently worst posters on this forum." or "Your (sic) one of the most consistently poor/bad/shit/awful posters on this forum."

Surely you can't have a most worst. That's just poor English.

Am I right?

I would expect your grammar to be perfect, as you have been posting on this forum since before puberty I'm guessing. Keep on topic and don't have sly digs.

and your evidence for all of that is?

You do know that a discussion on here does not always represent fact don't you?

This was my thought. Is there any evidence that he is a main target by the club, rather than the top of the fans wish list?

Getting into a bidding war is not always good business. It is quite likely that any further deals are being discussed, but may be dependent on other utterly unrelated activity. If player A goes to club B, then club B can release players C & D to clubs E &F with no way of fans getting an accurate picture of what is happening if you think we may have expressed an interest in half a dozen players, when we only intend to buy one.
Then you also have the remote possibility of a player wanting to work with a particular coach, or play in a particular area. Maybe family matters influence some....or an agent advising against a deal which nets him less commission.

Speculation is interesting and fun- and passes a summer, but imagining you have a clue as to what is happening just makes you seem like a bit of a tit.

I think we're only being linked to Hooper because he used to play under Adkins and we clearly have money to spend. Wouldn't surprise me at all if it turns out we never even attempted to lodge a bid!
