Upper West Ginger At the end of half time, the announcer asked the geezer from Cockney Rejects to say something to inspire the Hammers for the second half. "Let's have more of the same" he said. I laughed, saying "They're losing 2-1. I guess that means he wants them to lose 4-2". Wish granted, and how! :P

lolololol - london is full of retards - my wife wanted to live there - i said no way id rather drown myself

chilipepper91 Hey, I'm enjoying the moment, no use dwelling on the past

A couple more things - Federici pulling his socks up was hilarious, Karacan was on the pitch at the end so his injury can't have been too bad, and couldn't see our "fifth" but it sounds like it was wrongly ruled out. Still, 4-2 will do I guess...

i watched the game online and karacan was accidentally elbowed - though as its Wet Sham it was prob deliberate lol - he was concussed and almost out cold - tabb looked like he done his ribs

Avon Royal What a great day out! East London is even more of a shithole than I remember, can't believe some poor buggers have to live there.

The game was mental. We were nowhere for the first half hour, really off the pace. West Ham were winning all the second balls and we were lucky to stay in the game. Was like the Cardiff away performance, only with less clinical finishing from the hosts.

Gorkks' goal was a great header, Green was exposed as a flapping idiot yet again. Celebrations were immense and had only just subsidised when Hunt received the ball in acres of space. After his miss earlier I wasn't that hopeful, but he steered it perfectly past the ill placed Green and the away end went ballistic! Ended up two rows forward and took an elbow to the head as I jumped up, but couldn't care less.

Start of the second half was nervy. Pen looked cast-iron even from the other end of the pitch, although many couldn't bring themselves to watch as Harte scored it.

West Ham huffed and puffed but never looked that threatening, when Vaz Te scored the almost seemed as surprised as we were that it was game on again. Nolan confirmed his status as a grade A tosser by snarling and gesturing at the away end, and odd thing to do when his team were still two goals from victory.

Following their goal they gained a bit of a lift as the home crowd finally came to life, but this was snuffed out by Ledge's goal. Cue ten minutes of relentless piss taking. Magic.

Genuinely didn't think we had a hope this afternoon, yet once again this wonderful team hands me the murking I deserve.

I love this club!

i said to my mates we'd win - but not 4-2 - i thought we'd win 2-1 as id seen wet sham play loads of times this season and they have been shit, unlike soton who apart from today have been class (oddly soton today were shit bit like we played at peterborough). Will be interesting to see how soton do in their next game against pompey

Hope us and soton go up

Terrific 14 man performance but thought Cummings was outstanding.

Only regret was the penalty. Wish the ref had played on for a couple of seconds as it was a belting finish from Jimmy and the celebrations could have been entertaining.

Fantastic day out and fantastic result! In my usual vein, I managed to be in the loo when Hunt scored our 2nd goal.

LOL at the 50 or so nobs to our left who were the only ones making some sort of noise. When they scored they went mental, but I knew that would galvanise us. We seemed to be in awe of them and giving them way too much time on the ball, but once they'd scored, it motivated us to play the "Reading way" and it was one of the best games I've seen us play in long time.

Kudos to all the players - I'd give them all 8 or 9 - I, too, thought Cummings played really well. Feds is an absolute legend for the socks thing! I love this team!

Only downside for me, was being showered with beer from the bell ends up stairs when we scored our 4th. I thought beer wasn't allowed in the stadium for a start. And I looked up immediately afterwards and the stewards were doing nothing. One bloke was was giving it the big one up there and his girlfriend was trying to restrain him, and the steward just looked on. Oh plus the lino by us was appalling but I let him know that in no uncertain terms all through the game so I apologise for my language.

NOW I realise I said I'd babysit on Friday lunchtime, thinking the game was in the evening, and it's at 2.00pm FFS.

I wouldn't get too excited by the Football League show - 20 seconds of Leroy saying platitudes and all the goals plus a few chances and that was it.

RL I wanted to say hi & introduce myself but couldn't see you. We were right by the corner flag on the left. Was a crap view too. Note to self - ring up for future tickets here & get higher up.

Whole game was a blur - really couldn't get a good view of anything but massively enjoyable nonetheless.

Royal Lady it was one of the best games I've seen us play in long time

2nd half was great but the first 40 minutes were bloody awful and West Ham were much better than us.

Couldn't believe that the internet feed went down for 5 minutes then it came back at 47 mins we were 2-1 up.

Talk about a mix of emotions! Frustrated, amazed, pissed off and euphoric all at the same time.

Errrr yeah - cheers for that Rother - I was there and I've already said the first part of the first half we were in awe of them but their goal just galvanised us to settle down and play how we know we can. :|
