I was there at Elm Park I really hope this is successful. There will be people out there who say it's cheesy, not a proper anthem and should be consigned to history but they're missing the point. It is cheesy, was never sung as an anthem but is part of our history. I think it would be great to bring back a little nostalgia to the Mad Stad.

Thanks for completely getting the point of our campaign.

Terminal Boardom I think that I would prefer 8 year olds screaming "Back The Boys" and making my ears bleed than ever having to listen to THAT drivel again.
Not only do we have the piss taken out of us because we can't fill our stadium but we have a club song no-one outside of Reading FC has ever heard of.

Why do people outside of Reading need to have heard of the club song?
