On Monday the draw for the 3rd round of the FA Cup will be with us (live on BBC 2 at 7pm)

Reading will be number 32

For the last 3 years Reading have been give cr@p ties away at fellow Division 2 sides (Huddersfield twice and little tiny tinpot Brighton) and while you may feel a change should be on the cards my expectation is for something equally cr@p like Leeds, Norwich, Barnsley or some other game against a familiar old face

Personally I'd like a game against a non league team e.g. Woking or Brackley but looking at the 2nd round it seems that there aren't too many of those left (only one guaranteed to make the draw - Eastleigh or Halifax)

So failing that a game against Carlisle would be nice as I believe they are the team the we have gone the longest without playing (35 years?) plus who wouldnt want to go to Cumbria in January?

Anyway stick your guesses for the draw below...

Fleetwood....our first meeting against a team that I once watched as a "park team"

Eastleigh....Jamie Cureton is cup-tied unfortunately.....would be a decent crowd home or away

Millwall at home

yeah....would be nice to see Shaun Cummings again

Hoping Woking go through and we draw them tbh when was the last time we played them competitively? Would be a good big money draw for the 'cards'.

Oxford or wycombe away if not then a localish lower league away trip will be nice.

Away to Barrow.

Sutton united or Cheltenham away

Home to the smallest local team left, a day out for their fans.
We have had plenty over the last few years.
4k Woking fans in the stand would be great

Halifax away please. It's been a long long time since we last played there.

Cambridge Utd away please.

Its going to be a trip to Fulham isnt it.

Away either to a top Prem club or lower league opposition.

Provided it's not another championship side though!

Anyone but a local premiership away.

Non league/league 1 or 2 away would be great though.

I went there one Tuesday night donkey years ago in the FA Cup it was pissing down and we beat them 1-0 at the Shay . There was only about a 1000 there

At least if it was Leeds, they wouldn't be charging us £36 for it......hopefully!!

And for the hat-trick....northern away game or a non-league team at home would be good......

Barrow away please.

^This. Last time we played Barrow was January 1972, the week before the FA Cup 4th round tie against Arsenal. Crowd was boosted to 11,000+ by the handout of vouchers to buy cup tickets. Barrow lost their league status at the end of that season, losing re-election and replaced by Hereford Utd.

According to Talk Reading the odds of drawing Huddersfield away three years in a row is 2,000,376/1
