Reading Start Season With Trip To Blackpool

Reading will start the new 2022/2023 Championship season with an away trip to Blackpool on Saturday 30 July. The season kicks off early, in July, due to the winter world cup and sees the Royals play their first home match the following Saturday against Cardiff City. There is a gap in fixtures in the second part of November and early December.

The Royals are home on Boxing Day as Swansea City visit the Select Car Leasing Stadium. The last game of the season is a long away trip to Huddersfield Town on Saturday 6 May.
