Hob Nob Anyone? is proud to be in possession of the latest Reading FC book to go to print. The new book, titled "Friends, Royals and Nutters", is a fans view of Reading Football Club, and tracks the Royals' progress from 1965 to the first game at the Madejski Stadium.
The 140 page softback book is a personal account of the successes, fiascos, promotions, relegations, memorable victories, brave defeats and the players of Reading FC over a period of more than thirty years. It is also a recollection of life on the terraces of Elm Park watching The Biscuitmen and The Royals and some of the frightening experiences which were all too common in the sixties, seventies and, to a lesser extent, the eighties.
The book, written by Reading fan Peter Eley, offers a individual, unofficial view of the history of Reading FC and should be a valuable addition to anyone's Reading FC book collection.
Friends, Royals and Nutters is available now,

The book is priced at £9.99 and can be paid for by sending a cheque
